About Develune

One team accountable for the whole stack — and for what happens after launch.

Develune — full-stack software development company

    Pakistan · Working worldwide

  • Focus

Web · Mobile · Cloud · Data · AI · QA — the whole stack, one team

Develune is a full-stack software development company. We take products the whole way — discovery and design, frontend and backend engineering, mobile, cloud and DevOps, data, AI features, and the automated testing that keeps releases safe. Clients come to us when they want one team accountable for the outcome rather than a build handed between specialists.

We are stack-agnostic by conviction, not by hedging. React, Next.js and TypeScript on the front end; Node, Rails and Python behind it; React Native and Flutter on mobile; AWS, Google Cloud and Vercel underneath. The right tools get chosen for the product, and the reasoning gets written down where you can read it.

The company started in quality engineering, and that still sets the standard for everything else. At Beambox we took automation coverage from 0% to over 80%, cut regression cycles from three hours to forty minutes, and reduced post-deployment bugs by 60%. At Lumimeds the same discipline shipped zero critical bugs across five consecutive releases. Tests are part of the build here, never a line item you can decline.

We hold Anthropic certifications in Claude Code, the Model Context Protocol, and Agent Skills, and we build production AI with evaluation suites and guardrails rather than demos. AI amplifies engineering judgment; it does not replace it, so every AI-assisted change still passes human review before it ships.

How we got here

  1. The work starts

Contract web engineering for US clients — e-commerce storefronts and community platforms built in PHP, JavaScript, and Rails. The habits that shaped the company came from shipping to real users on real deadlines.

  2. Develune is founded

Founded to offer one team that could take a product end to end rather than handing it between specialists. Quality engineering was the entry point, and it still sets the standard for everything we build.

  3. Quality engineering at scale

Test automation programmes across SaaS, healthcare, and compliance platforms — including taking one client from no automated coverage to over 80% of core flows, and regression cycles from three hours to forty minutes.

  4. Full-stack delivery

Engagements widened from testing to owning the build: front-ends, APIs, data models, and the CI/CD pipelines around them, delivered for clients across the USA, Europe, and Asia.

  5. AI engineering, in production

Anthropic certifications in Claude Code, the Model Context Protocol, and Agent Skills, and the first production AI features shipped — built with evaluation suites and guardrails rather than demos.

  6. Nine services, one team

A published full-stack catalogue spanning software, web, mobile, cloud, data, AI, QA, design, and support — with pricing published openly and clients owning everything we build.

What we commit to

These apply on every engagement, whatever the size.

  • You own everything

Code, data, infrastructure, designs, and documentation are yours from day one — including the right to take them to another team.

  • Direct access to engineers

You talk to the people writing the code. There is no account-management layer between you and the work.

  • Fixed prices, quoted changes

Scope is priced once and fixed. Anything outside it is quoted and approved before work starts — never discovered on an invoice.

  • Tested before it ships

Automated tests and CI quality gates are part of the build, not an upsell. Quality engineering is where this company started.

  • Your data stays where agreed

Data handling, access, and residency are agreed in writing before the build. We sign NDAs as standard and no client data leaves the agreed boundary.

  • Documented handover

Every engagement ends with documentation, architecture notes, and a runbook — so your team can operate the system independently.
